Stephen Finer has been showing for over thirty years and has received phenomenal recognition. He is represented in public collections and private collections in England and America. His painting ‘David Bowie and Iman’ was featured in ‘Painting the Century: 101 Portrait Masterpieces 1900-2000’ at the National Portrait Gallery – where another of his portraits of David Bowie is in the permanent collection.

He also has an eight page feature in ‘A Portrait of Bowie’ by Brian Hiatt, ‘A Tribute to Bowie by his Artistic Collaborators & Contemporaries’ published in 2016.
